Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1 business day.
Shipping Fee Responsibility:

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect purchase, or other reasons attributable to the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific cost will depend on the courier service you choose.

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fee.

If your cancellation request is submitted within this window and the order has not yet been shipped, it will be processed and fully refunded.
