  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Time & Destination

  • United Kingdom: Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Shipping methods used are FedEx & DHL.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) will not be included in your refund amount.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active after the shipping confirmation.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your shipment is significantly delayed or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at contact@whiteonwhite.store with your order number and tracking details.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Important Notes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors at checkout.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-send it.
